Koichi Haimawari can't pass the test of being a licensed hero, so he uses his quirk to help people by doing small good things. One day, a sudden encounter with nearby thugs makes him pair up with two unlikely fighters. None of them knows how to become a hero, but they are courageous and reckless enough to move forward.
